I am a Full Professor of Artificial Intelligence and Innovation at the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland. Prior to joining IMD I was an Assistant Professor of Technology Management at the University of St. Gallen where I led the Emerging Technologies Lab at the Institute of Technology Management and was affiliated with the Global Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

My research focuses on how artificial intelligence is reshaping innovation strategy, organizational design, and leadership decision-making. I study how organizations can adopt and govern emerging technologies to create strategic value and navigate technological change.
